Really convenient officetel, in an excellent location for shopping and getting around Seoul and other cities.
Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Place was tidy and clean, with good facilities. The plentiful storage made it easy for a longer term stay. Whilst the location is super convenient (accessible underground to 2 x Olive Young, Lotte Outlet and Lotte Mall) and connected to the KTX station for train travel to other cities, being next to Seoul Station, the noise of the trains do carry through up to the high floor studio. Whilst not an issue for me, this might be something to consider for light sleepers. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and do recommend this place to others.

Has a home feel that is perfect to relax, very clean and modern, nice view, access to a small gym, and underground access to Seoul station (I had 2 suitcases with me, was grateful to not have any stairs to deal with). I was totally fine bringing some amenities (shampoo and all), and the bed was comfortable for me (the furniture is beautiful, and sofa really nice to have!). Cafe/restaurants and convenience stores near by, making it a very convenient location. The photos from the host to guide the way to the building was very helpful, and the host is very responsive (like within few minutes). Really recommend if you want a home feel like (and convenient for lots of suitcases, transport access, food, etc).

Had a great stay, central location to get around Seoul and the place was wonderfully practical, spacious and clean. Host was friendly and always responsive and next time I'm in Seoul I'd be sure to check if his unit is available!

Great location with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and easy access to transportation. Dangsan station connects to Lines 2 and 9, and it’s just a few stops from Hongdae. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Han River, perfect for working or relaxing by the window.
